- In Person: The Financial Aid Office is located on the first floor of the Houff Student Center, between the South elevator and the cashier’s window.
In person hours Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
- By Phone or Email: BRCC operates an in-house call center that can assist with questions about financial aid Monday-Thursday, 8am-6pm; Friday 8am-5pm. They can be reached at 540-453-2301 or brccfinancials@brcc.edu.
Extended call hours June 1-August 31: M-F 8am-7pm

- Upload documents securely in our DropSecure portal. DropSecure does not require a log in, so please be sure to include your name and student ID number on each document and message you send.
We do not recommend submitting any documents that include your SSN or other personal information by e-mail for your security.

Emergency Financial Assistance (SOAR center)
If you face an emergency situation that threatens your ability to continue at BRCC, contact the Student Outreach and Resource Center (SOAR) to apply for temporary emergency financial assistance. Emergency assistance is not part of the financial aid process.
