  • In Person: The Financial Aid Office is located on the first floor of the Houff Student Center, between the South elevator and the cashier’s window. In person hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • By Phone or Email:  BRCC operates an in-house call center that can assist with questions about financial aid Monday – Thursday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. They can be reached at 540-453-2301 or brccfinancials@brcc.edu.

Emergency Financial Assistance (SOAR center)

If you face an emergency situation that threatens your ability to continue at BRCC, contact the Student Outreach and Resource Center (SOAR) to apply for emergency financial assistance (PDF). Emergency assistance is not part of the financial aid process.
