With student ID number (EMPLID). Located in the first floor of the Houff Student Center.

Checks only (exact amount); enclose EMPLID.  Checks must be received by the payment deadline.

Payment by Mail

Checks or Money Orders for the exact amount of tuition due can be mailed with student ID number (EMPLID) to:

Nelnet®

Payments by Credit Card, Debit Card or Bank Account (ACH) can be made online through Nelnet Campus Commerce.

Turn off Pop-Up Blockers

1. Go to brcc.edu
2. Log in to MyBRCC and click on SIS (Student Information System)
3. Select “My Student Information” tile
4. Under Finances, click “Make A Payment” or “Manage Refunds”

Make a Payment

If attending other community colleges, make sure you click ‘Select College’ and choose BRCC

1. Log in to MyBRCC and click on SIS(Student Information System)
2. Select “My Student Information” tile
3. Under Finances choose “Make A Payment”
4. This will open the Nelnet Campus Commerce page, log in using your MyBRCC credentials if prompted
5. Click “Make A Payment”
6. Enter payment amount in box and select payment method. 
7. Confirm payment and print your receipt.

Note: The first time you access the Nelnet Campus Commerce page you will need to complete the demographic information before proceeding.

Create Authorized Payer

1. In Nelnet, click Add an Authorize Party 
2. Enter requested information and valid Email address for your authorized payer. 
3. Select save and send to generate an Email to the authorized payer. 
4. Give your authorized payers the authentication question and answer you assigned to them.  
5. They will receive an email to set up their User ID and Password.
