Financial Aid Support


BRCC offers a variety of self-service options to help you check the status of your financial aid application without having to wait on the phone to speak with someone. Self-service is available in SIS on your MyBRCC account or Mobile SIS.

Online Searchable Database

Our Support Center offers a wide range of answers to many frequently asked questions in our searchable database. On this site, you can type questions in the search box for answers to many financial aid and billing questions. Additionally, you can connect to live chat with an agent 24 hours a day. You can also log in to track the progress of your financial aid application, or securely submit a question using the Create a Case button. You can securely upload any requested document here, using the “Create a Case/Submit Document(s)” feature.

Open Office Hours

We know financial aid can be very overwhelming, and we are here to help! Each week, Mon-Fri from 9 am to 12 pm, we offer an Open Office line you can call with your financial aid questions. Members of our staff will be available during those times to help answer your questions. If you need some hands on assistance, we can send you a Zoom link so we can share your screen and help you work through your FAFSA or other forms. Just give us a call during those times at 540-453-2301.

Other Questions?

If you have a question you can’t find an answer for on the Support Center site, and you can’t reach us between 9 and 12, agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Please feel free to log in to the Support Center for Live Chat or to Create a Case and receive an e-mail response. Agents are also available toll-free 24/7 at 1-855-844-3631.
