Anatomy Placement Test (APT)

The Anatomy Placement test (APT) is available in the BRCC Testing Center and the Waynesboro Outpost. APT may be taken twice a month.

  • Register for free access to self-study information and test information.
  • Beginning Fall 2022, BIO 141 (Anatomy and Physiology I) will have a new prerequisite before enrolling in the course.
    • You will need to either pass an Anatomy Placement Test (APT) with a 75% or successfully complete NAS 2 or earn a “C” or higher in BIO 101.
    • If you have already taken BIO 141 and earned “C“ or higher and wish to retake the course, you do not need to take the APT.
    • Students who do not wish to test may choose to enroll directly into NAS 2 or Bio 101  instead of taking the APT.
