The Online Outpost in Waynesboro offers staff assistance, computer workstations and Wi-Fi to prospective and current BRCC students.
Outpost Hours
December 18–20 and January 2–4, the Outpost will be operating under temporary hours from 8:15 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (Closed from 12:45 p.m.-1:30 p.m.).
The Outpost will be open Monday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (closed from 1:00 p.m.-1:30 p.m.), and Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. For assistance during other times, you can visit us on campus, by phone at (540) 453-0264, email at info@brcc.edu or online through our Virtual Reception.
Closures
The Online Outpost will be closed:

- January 15: Martin Luther King Jr. Day (College Closed)
- May 27: Memorial Day (College Closed)
The BRCC Online Outpost in Waynesboro is open for student computer or Wi-Fi access. Walk in students are welcome, but students can still make appointments in Navigate, by calling 540-453-0263, or emailing outpost@brcc.edu.
What You Can Do at the Outpost
Apply for Admission to BRCC
Stop by to get help filling out the online Application for Admission. We can also assist non-credit students begin the non-credit application process.
Fill Out Your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)
Apply for financial aid by completing the online FAFSA. Bring in your paperwork and we’ll be on hand to help you complete the FAFSA here.
Take a Test
Register for Classes
Register online for credit classes using the Student Information System (SIS). A staff member will be there to help. Non-credit registration forms are also available.
Schedule a Remote Advising Session
Schedule a time to video chat with one of the academic advisors on the Weyers Cave campus.
Printing Services
If you would like to print an item ahead of time and pick it up. Please email outpost@brcc.edu.
Work on BRCC Courses
Need a high speed Internet connection? Use one of our computer workstations or bring a laptop and connect to our Wi-Fi to do your class work. A black and white printer is also available for coursework.
