We also assist employers in meeting workforce needs and host on-campus career fairs for networking opportunities.

Four Sisters, One Shared Path in Criminal Justice

What inspired you and your sisters to pursue careers in Criminal Justice?
My sisters and I chose to pursue careers in Criminal Justice because we wanted to enter a field where we could potentially work together. We have been passionate about the Criminal Justice field from a young age and felt it aligned with our shared values and interests.
Did you always know Criminal Justice was the right path for you?
Not at first. I initially enrolled in the Cybersecurity program at BRCC but later decided to switch to Criminal Justice to join my sisters. Exploring different options helped me better understand what truly interested me.
How did Career Services support your career exploration journey?
Career Services was extremely helpful throughout my decision-making process. Wandi helped me navigate different career options using assessments and industry knowledge, which gave me clarity and confidence in my choice.
How has your experience at Blue Ridge prepared you for the future?
I am very grateful for the support I’ve received at Blue Ridge. The staff has been incredibly helpful, and Professor Quinn in the Criminal Justice program has played a major role in my growth. Through his courses, I’ve learned a great deal and feel well prepared as I continue my journey in Criminal Justice.
