BRCC measures employment outcomes by tracking Career and Technical (CTE) graduates who secure employment within six months of graduation, using data from the Virginia Employment Commission (VEC).
Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs include Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degrees, Certificates (CERT), and Career Studies Certifications (CSC).
Target: 75% of CTE graduates will be employed within six months of graduation.
Threshold of Acceptability: 60% of CTE graduates will be employed within six months of graduation.
