Students may make in-person, phone, or Zoom appointments with an academic advisor, career services staff, disability services coordinator, student success advisor, Great Expectations coach, transfer advisor, or the veterans and international student representative.  If you wish to use the phone or Zoom option, please indicate that in the Comments section when making your appointment through Navigate Student.

Four-Year Students Taking Summer Classes

For students looking to take a summer course at BRCC to transfer back to a four-year school or university, you may self-enroll in the courses that you need.  If the course requires a prerequisite or you need any additional assistance please reach out to the Outreach and Enrollment office at

Walk-in Appointments

Due to COVID-19 campus closure, in-person walk-ins are not available at this time. Virtual walk-ins are available. Visit the Virtual Reception Zoom Room for entry.

Walk-ins are still welcome on a first-come, first-served basis for questions and issues that can be handled quickly. We encourage you to schedule appointments whenever possible to avoid waiting in line.
