Tassie Pippert, local chef and wine expert, host of the long-running show WVPT Cooks and VPM’s Un-Wine’d, will share her culinary expertise and lead us in an evening of cooking, learning, and laughter.

Tassie Pippert is a certified chef, certified specialist of wine and lecturer at JMU’s Hart School of Hospitality, Sport, and Recreation Management, where she teaches courses such as Culinary Arts and Menu Management, Napa and Sonoma Wines and Cultures, and International Gastronomy.
