BRCC Names New VP of Finance

Ms. Cynthia Page will join Blue Ridge Community College as its Vice President of Finance and Administration on July 1, 2016.

“I am excited about joining Blue Ridge Community College. I am impressed with how the College is fulfilling its mission through innovative programming, business partnerships, and the many ways it is serving students and the community,” said Ms. Page.

Ms. Page comes to BRCC from Shenandoah County Public Schools, where she currently serves as Director of Finance, a position she’s held for the past three years. Previously, she was the Budget Director at James Madison University. She earned a Master of Public Administration degree from JMU, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Lynchburg College.

“Cynthia brings a tremendous background in administration and budgeting to the College, from diverse public K-12 organizations to a large, public higher educational institution. I am excited to have a Vice President with her expertise and leadership coming to the College,” commented BRCC President Dr. John Downey.
