Lecture by Humanitarian Carl Wilkens
On the 22nd anniversary of the Rwandan genocide, BRCC hosts international humanitarian speaker, Carl Wilkens. Carl was an aid worker in Rwanda when the genocide was launched in April 1994, and was the only American to remain in Rwanda during that time, bringing supplies to people trapped in war-torn areas.
