Notes

  • Students in Psychology Specialization MUST complete Math sequence in first year. MTH 157 is a prerequisite for PSY213, Statistics for Behavioral Sciences.
  •  Six total additional credits in approved electives required. Requirements of four-year institutions may vary. Students should consult an academic advisor to select electives that will best satisfy baccalaureate major requirements for their intended transfer institutions. They should also confirm with the college or university to which they plan to transfer that they will receive appropriate credit at their four-year institution. Approved electives may be selected from the list of Required General Education Courses or from the Approved Elective Courses list.
  •  Literature requirement - choose from ENG 241, 242, 243, 244, 251, 252.
  • Minimum of eight credits required in Natural Science with Laboratory electives (biology, chemistry, geology, astronomy, or physics courses). Choose from approved Natural Science/Lab electives listed under Required General Education Courses. Sequences preferred but not required.
