Workkeys
BRCC uses the Work Keys system (licensed by ACT) to close the gap between workers’ skill levels and workplace skill demands. Work Keys is a national workplace skills analysis system that helps employers hire, train, and retain a skilled workforce.

- Job profiling (job analysis) to determine the skill requirements of jobs
- Skill Assessment to determine the current skills of individuals
- Customized Training to close the skills gap
- Reporting services to provide data and documentation about work place skills
