BRCC's CDS Moves a School House

The American Frontier Culture Museum had the opportunity to move and rebuild a one-room school house from the McGaheysville area to Museum grounds.

Mike Eller, coordinator of the Commercial Driving School (CDS), arranged for the use of one of the CDS trucks, students in the program volunteered to help, and Museum staff dismantled the school.  It was labeled and loaded and delivered to the Staunton-area museum where it will be reassembled and become part of the permanent exhibits.
