Youth Theatre Workshop

Here’s an exciting opportunity for your 12 to 15-year-old child to participate in a semester-long workshop culminating in a Fine Arts Center Black Box Theatre performance.  Sandi Belcher leads this 12-week program that includes dramatic exercises as well as rehearsal for a production of The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon, by Don Zolidis.  Up to 15 spots are available: each child must audition for a place in the workshop as well as a role in the production.

Auditions will be held Saturday, Jan. 21 at 3 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center Theatre.  No preparation is necessary; students will read from a provided script.  To sign up for auditions, please call 540/453-2215 (Harrisonburg); 213-7022 (Staunton); or 941-3742 (Waynesboro).   Registration for the workshop will be finalized upon successful completion of the audition and receipt of payment.
