To support Shenandoah Valley economic development, Blue Ridge Community College is committed to providing quality training for new and established companies in the region, including contracting with employers to coordinate and manage employee development programs.

Through the Shenandoah Valley Small Business Development Center, free counseling is provided to small business owners who may need assistance with cash flow analysis, marketing strategies, strategic planning, growth plans, personnel issues, and other challenges that arise in the normal course of doing business.
