Workkeys

Blue Ridge Community College uses the Work Keys system (licensed by ACT) to “close the gap” between workers’ skill levels and workplace skill demands. Work Keys is a national workplace skills analysis system that helps employers hire, train, and retain a skilled workforce.  BRCC’s Work Keys staff will consult with your company to determine your needs and to provide any of the following services:

• Job profiling (job analysis) to determine the skill requirements of jobs at your company
• Skill Assessment to determine the current skills of individuals
• Customized Training to “close the skills gap” by providing instructional support, curriculum development, and delivery
• Reporting services to provide data and documentation about work place skills at your company
