Transportation incidents are the leading cause of death by
occupational injury in Virginia. Our goal is the Safe
Mobility of Virginia's Employees (SMOVE). Plan to attend
this seminar so that you can get briefed on the latest
traffic safety trends, review free driver programs and
materials, and learn about existing policies and procedures
from local Virginia employers, including the Commonwealth of
Virginia. As more companies begin to focus on traffic
safety as a form of risk management, obtaining the CEU's for
this class will put you ahead of the curve.
This
initiative is a partnership between DRIVE SMART, the
Department of Motor Vehicles, the Virginia Community College
System and the Virginia Department of General Services.

possess a valid CDL learner’s permit (available from the DMV);
be able to obtain a DOT physical, and pass a DOT required drug
screen. We assist you with all aspects of your training. At the
completion of the course, we schedule your final testing with
DMV and help you practice with the equipment with which you are
most familiar. Financial aid may be available. For more
