BASIC STATISTICS FOR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
These two courses will provide training
in the fundamental knowledge of statistics needed for improving
quality and productivity. This course work will cover the
statistical concepts required to pursue professional
certifications from the American Society for Quality (CQA, CQT,
& CQM), and provide a strong foundation for the advanced
training required to gain certifications as a CQE, Six Sigma
Green Belt or Six Sigma Black Belt. This curriculum is designed
for a wide variety of skilled positions including those working
as technicians, administrative and technical staff, supervisors
and managers. If you have been reluctant to tackle statistics
due to “math anxiety”, these courses are for you! Individuals
completing both courses receive a certificate of completion
which may be used towards CQE recertification.
