This
seminar will examine techniques successful realtors use to
facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers of real
property. The emphasis will be on establishing a win-win
framework which insures success from initial contact to closing.
Consideration of the NAR Code of Ethics, communication skills,
and working with difficult people will be included. This course
is taught by two experienced licensed Virginia Realtors, one of
who is a Virginia court certified mediator and published author
in Communication and Negotiation.
