Automobile Dealer Operating Licensure
Course
Beginning January 1, 2006, the dealer-operator of any new
independent motor vehicle dealership began requiring the
successfully completion of a course of study before they can
take the DMV dealer-operator qualification test. The Virginia
Community College System and the Virginia Independent Automobile
Dealer Association have teamed up to present a 2-day course at one of the many community colleges throughout the
state.
The path to Auto Dealer licensure begins with this
required two day course preparation for the DMV dealer-operator
qualification test. Existing dealerships can also benefit from
this valuable information.
