REFUND POLICY

You will be eligible for a full refund of tuition for non-credit course enrollment, provided you drop on or before 1 week prior to the course start date. Refunds will not be authorized after the refund date. Refund checks are mailed from the Virginia Department of Treasury within several weeks.

If it is necessary for the Workforce Services and Continuing Education Division to cancel a course, registered participants will be notified by phone and receive a full refund.
