Tuition Payment Options
Important: Student bills will not be mailed. However, we will remind you of upcoming deadlines via phone and your VCCS Email account. Please make sure your contact phone information in SIS (Student Information System) is up to date.
Students may choose from the one of the following methods to pay their tuition (partial payments will not be accepted):

Important Information for Summer 2012
Effective Monday April 23, 2012, BRCC will introduce QuikPay®-a new debit/credit/e-check processing system. Before entering QuikPay® you must ensure that your Pop Up Blockers are turned off.
With QuikPay® you can:
- Store payment profiles to use for all QuikPay® transactions
- Create authorized users that can make payments on your behalf
- View current and previous statements
- Make secure online payments to your student account
- View all transaction history for your student account
- Make e-check payments online using your checking or savings account.
For your security, NO CREDIT/DEBIT CARD INFORMATION WILL BE TAKEN OVER THE PHONE. All credit/debit cards must be processed through QuikPay®.

In Person
Tuition can be paid by cash, check, Mastercard, VISA, Discover or American Express at the cashier's window in the Houff Student Center, Weyers Cave campus. In order to facilitate timely processing of your payment, it is requested that students have either their EMPLID or social security number readily available. Partial payments and checks in excess of tuition cannot be accepted.
Drop Box
A drop box is located in the Houff Student Center for checks and credit card payments only. Please enclose your EMPLID or social security number so that payment may be processed correctly. PLEASE, NO CASH IN THE DROP BOXES!
Checks for the exact amount due may be mailed to: BRCC Student Financial Services P. O. Box 80 Weyers Cave, VA 24486.Please enclose your EMPLID or social security number for processing, and mail in time to meet the due date.
Tuition Payment Plan

Financial Aid
All financial aid – including loans – will be credited directly to your student account. The award (s) will be used to pay all outstanding amounts you owe to the college for the semester. To pay with approved (anticipated) financial aid, you must have received an Official Financial Aid Notification Letter from the BRCC Financial Aid Office. View your financial awards from MYBRCC. If you have a credit balance after all obligations have been met, you will be issued a refund check.Please Note: Initial Financial Aid award notifications are based upon full time enrollment (12 credit hours). When a Financial Aid student falls below fulltime status, the Financial Aid award is reduced as outlined in your official award letter. If you have questions concerning your award letter, contact the Financial Aid office. In the event your awards does not fully cover your tuition/fees/bookstore charges, you must complete payments using the tuition payment plan, MY BRCC, or in person in Student Financial Services at the Weyers Cave campus by the established payment deadlines.
Third Party Contract
If your employer or another party will be paying your tuition, you must complete the Third Party Contract Form - PDF (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader) and return to Student Financial Services: BRCC Student Financial Services P. O. Box 80 Weyers Cave, VA 24486.A new completed form is required each semester
