Tuition Payment Deadlines

Important: Student bills will not be mailed. However, we will remind you of upcoming deadlines via phone and your VCCS Email account. Please make sure your contact phone information in SIS (Student Information System) is up to date.

Registration is not complete until tuition is paid. If tuition is not received by the appropriate deadline shown below, your classes will be deleted and you will need to repeat the registration process.

Students who have completed and submitted their FASFA on-line and are awaiting initial Financial Aid approval are not protected from the enrollment cancellation process. These students will need to pay by the deadline established or enroll in a tuition payment plan.

Spring 2012

Registration Dates Payment Deadline
October 31-December 10, 2011 Wednesday, December 14 by 5:00 p.m.
December 11-31, 2011 Thursday, January 5 by 5 p.m.
January 1- 13, 2012 Payment due at time of registration.

Summer 2012

Registration Dates Payment Deadline
April 2 - April 28 Wednesday, May 2, 2012 by 5:00 p.m.
April 29 - May 25 Payment due at time of registration.

Fall 2012

Payments for Fall 2012 payments will be accepted after July 1, 2012

Registration Dates Payment Deadline
March 26 - July 7 Thursday, July 12, 2012, by 5:00 p.m.
July 8 - August 11 Wednesday, August 15, 2012, by 5:00 p.m.
August 12 - August 24 Payment due at time of registration.
