Student Services Scheduler
The Admission and Records and Counseling offices have moved to an appointment-based model using Student Services Scheduler. Current BRCC students are now able to schedule their own appointments with the counselors, registrar, disability services coordinator, transfer advisors, and the veterans and international student representative. This system is easy to use and can be accessed from the link below or from Blackboard:

First Time Users
After you have entered the scheduler via the link above, you will need to register on the system by clicking the link above the scheduler log in box. Complete the registration form and proceed with logging in.
Returning Users

Prospective Students
Please contact Emily at 540-453-2224 to schedule an appointment with one of our Student Services staff members.
Important Rules
- If you are not able to keep your appointment time, it is your responsibility to log into the “Student Services Scheduler” to cancel your appointment. Please be respectful of our staff members’ time.
- If you “no show” for scheduled appointments more than three times, you will lose access to the scheduling program. This rule does not apply to appointment cancellations. If you lose access privileges, you will need to meet with the Dean of Student Services to regain your access.
- Students may not schedule same day appointments. Plan ahead!
Appointment Recommendations
- New students: 1 hour block
- Returning students: a ½ hour block
Notifications
You will receive email notifications when appointments are created, edited or canceled.
Walk-in Appointments
Walk-ins will still be available to students on a daily basis; however the purpose of walk-ins is to handle questions and/or issues which don’t require much time. We strongly encourage students to schedule appointments because appointments save time, help avoid long wait times, and provide students with individualized attention related to their academic and transfer planning needs.
