Reporting a Lost Card

As soon as possible, deactivate your account through the BlueCard Portal and contact the ID Card Office.

Card won’t swipe?

Try gently wiping the magnetic strip with:

  • a plastic bag
  • water and a tiny bit of  unscented, plain soap
  • a sweater
  • a baby wipe
