Who am I?

Career planning starts with self assessment.  Explore your interests, values and skills using one or both of the following resources:

Kuder®

Kuder is an online career assessment system for BRCC students only. To access instructions for using Kuder, go to MY BRCC. Use your username and password, go to Blackboard, BRCC Information, click on the link: Kuder Career Planning System Instructions. You may print out the form for future use.

Career Key

The Career Key is an online career assessment. This exercise is based on the theory that people and work environments can be loosely classified into six different groups.

The exercise can be completed in less than ten minutes, and you can bookmark the results page to return and explore more options. The occupations you identify as promising careers are linked to the Occupational Outlook Handbook where you can learn detailed, accurate information about each career. The website includes self-help modules on topics like choosing a college major, making high-quality decisions, and learning more about the world of work.
