Planning Your Schedule

Selecting Courses

Pre-registration resources:

  1. Find your academic program in the curriculum section of the BRCC Catalog.
  2. Decide how many courses you will be able to take.  (A full-time load is 12 credits or more.)
  3. Search for courses you need to complete your program.
  4. Read the course description to see if there are any prerequisite courses required.
  5. Select the class and section from the list of scheduled classes for the semester and write down the 5 digit class #.  You may want to pick  alternate classes in case the class you want is full.
