We co-sponsored with
Spectrum
Maria
Pucsinszki's presentation about her country,
Hungary.
First, we tasted the real Hungarian
Goulash,
than we learned about Hungarian people
(Did you know, that the flat screen TV was invented by a
Hungarian scientist in the sixties?)
Finally, we listened Hungarian
traditional music
and learned some steps to
dance!

The goal of Alpha Xi Xi is to be a student run organization with pro-active and interactive members who work together to make all activities a success.
"The purpose of Phi Theta Kappa shall be to recognize and encourage scholarship among two-year college students. To achieve this purpose, Phi Theta Kappa shall provide opportunity for the development of leadership and service, for an intellectual climate for exchange of ideas and ideals, for lively fellowship for scholars, and for stimulation of interest in continuing academic excellence."
Alpha Xi Xi strives for its members to participate to the fullest of their ability.
Without full participation from all members, Phi Theta Kappa would not and could not run at its maximum potential!!!!
