Prospective Students
Whether you're looking for an affordable option for the first two years of a bachelor's degree, preparing for an occupational-technical career, or just taking classes, BRCC is a smart choice.
Admissions
Virginia's community colleges offer open enrollment to anyone who meets basic requirements. The first step is to fill out an admissions application, available in both online or printable formats.
Academics
Our academic programs are listed in the College's catalog. If you plan to work towards a degree, diploma, or certificate, you will also need to be admitted to a program.
Courses
To view BRCC courses, use the course search feature to search by keyword or subject. Courses that are currently scheduled will be linked to class schedule information. The non-credit class schedule is listed separately.
Costs
Your costs will depend on the number of credits you take and whether or not you are a Virginia resident. Textbook and supply costs will vary by course section and instructor. Financial aid is available to many students in the form of grants, scholarships, and loans. A tuition payment plan is also available.
