Portrait Photography
Whether your interest is in taking better pictures of your family, friends, or your pets, Chuck Almarez will help you learn lighting, posing, and how to display your favorite shots. The purpose of the course is to teach fundamental portrait techniques as well as to explore inexpensive lighting alternatives (available light as well as artificial light), and to learn to use image editing software (Adobe Photoshop Elements) to correct problems and to enhance the final image. By the end of the course students should have a better understanding of posing, lighting, and image enhancement techniques appropriate to portraiture.
