About the Library
The Library is located on the second floor of the Houff Student Center. There are stairs on either side of the building and an elevator in the middle of the lobby. Visitor parking is available in all the parking lots adjacent to the Library.
Cell phone policy
In order to provide an optimum environment for using the library, we ask students to not conduct cell phone conversations and turn off ringers while in the library. Cell phone conversations are only allowed in the west stairwell, outside the Learning Assistance Center.
Library Mission
The mission of Houff Library is to provide those resources necessary to support the College's academic programs and purposes. The achieve this, it must be recognized that a library is more than a collection of books; it is a collection of informational materials, arranged in an orderly manner and manned by competent personnel to make that material readily and easily available.
