In
2002, 82 sessions were given to the following classes:
30 Orientation classes
21 English classes
16 demos given during the free/activity period
7 to area middle and high schools
4 history classes
3 nursing classes
1 business class
Several were given at the Harrisonburg and Waynesboro campuses.
Mission
The mission of Houff Library is to provide those
basic resources necessary to support the College's academic programs and
purposes. To achieve this, it must be recognized that a library is more
than a collection of books; it is a collection of informational materials,
arranged in an orderly manner and manned by competent personnel to make
that material readily and easily available.
