Please complete the application, print, and return to the tutoring drop box located at the front desk of Student Services in Houff Student Center. Potential applicants must also initiate two Faculty Recommendation Request Forms. You will be notified of your eligibility to tutor as soon as possible, after all forms are returned.  Please check with the receptionist in the Student Services Office periodically for this written notification.
