Charging Textbooks to Financial Aid

Students wishing to charge their textbooks and supplies to their financial aid account may do so according to the following schedule. Please note that if you overcharge your account your will be responsible for repayment. Overcharges usually occur due to changes in enrollment level. Students must pay obligations to the college promptly to avoid loss of services.

Summer 2008

• Monday, May 12th, 2008 – First day for financial aid bookstore charges.
• Friday, May 30th, 2008 – Last day to charge or return bookstore purchases to your financial aid account.

Fall 2008

• Monday, August 4th, 2008 – First day for financial aid bookstore charges.
• Friday, September 5th, 2008 – Last day to charge or return bookstore purchases to your financial aid account.

You should plan to purchase all books and supplies during these times. There will be no book charges after the date listed above. If the books you need are on back-order, please speak with the bookstore management for special arrangements.

Please note new BRCC Bookstore Policy: Students must present a valid picture ID and their BRCC Student ID Number in order to charge textbooks and supplies to their account.
