Artist's Bio
Laura Lee Gulledge is a Virginia artist who currently lives in Brooklyn, New York. She is a graphic novelist, scenic painter, body painter, self-proclaimed self-art therapist, event producer, occasional street artist, certified art teacher, and agent of whimsy. Her debut graphic novel Page by Paige comes out in Spring 2011 through Abrams Books. She was the first graduate of the MA in Art Education program at James Madison University and was voted "Best Artist 2006" by the readers of C-Ville Weekly.
