Continuing Education Program Manager


Responsible for conducting needs assessments to develop Continuing Education workforce training and short-term career/industry certifications. Manages open enrollment courses, programs, and events (business, agriculture, construction, manufacturing technology, teacher education and others) to support emerging skill development needs of area individuals and employers. Recruits, hires, trains, and evaluates workforce instructors.

Successful candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter comfortable with developing and maintaining professional relationships with business and industry representatives to determine specific workforce training needs and course promotion. Requires excellent interpersonal skills and professional approach, strong written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Strongly prefer Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in related field.
