Customer Service Institute: Build Your CSIQ!

How is your Customer Service IQ (CSIQ)?  If you’re like most people, you’ve never given that question much thought. Use this 4-week institute to focus on powerful relationship-building communication skills that will help you provide outstanding experiences for new and existing customers.

Instructor Don Taylor is assistant professor of communication studies at Blue Ridge Community College.

All CSIQ classes meet Tuesdays, 6:30 – 8:30 pm in the BRCC Plecker Center.
