Don’t have time to take a multi-week class? Try our Fast Track classes and learn all the basic need-to-know information regarding Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. Upon completion of these one-day courses you will have learned the fundamentals of each program and how to navigate them with ease!

Excel Basic Skills

The focus of this accelerated course is to teach the basic functions and features of Excel. After an introduction to spreadsheet terminology and Excel's window components, you will explore using the Help system and navigating worksheets and workbooks. Then you will enter and edit text, values, formulas, and pictures, as well as saving workbooks in various formats. You will also move and copy data, learn about absolute and relative references, and work with ranges, rows, and columns. This course also covers simple functions, basic formatting techniques, and printing. Finally, you will create and modify charts, and learn how to manage large workbooks.

There will be a one hour break for lunch.

Get Started with Google Forms

With Google Forms you can create free, online surveys, quizzes, questionnaires, registration forms, and many more data collection tools. Learn how to create forms with many types of questions, share forms with others, collect data, and analyze and use the results. Word Basic Skills

This accelerated course introduces you to Word's Ribbon interface and window components, working with text, enhancing the appearance of a document by using various formatting options. You will also create bulleted and numbered lists, insert headers and footers, proof and print documents, as well as create tables.
