The student helpdesk is located in F110
. Lab assistants
can help with technical problems with hardware and software.
Helpdesk phone numbers and email contact is listed in the
Helpdesk table to the right.
Off-Campus Centers
Students at the Harrisonburg and Augusta Centers should contact the
office staff person for assistance.
Students can also contact the helpdesk by email or phone number as shown
in the table to the right. Please be aware that student helpdesk
personnel cannot reset passwords, only refer the problem to an
administrative staff member during working hours.

Where can I find a computer to use for my class work?
Open Computer Labs are available in F110
and F114 . Check the
Open Computer Support Lab Website for hours
of operation. Computers are also available in the Houff Library.
You may also use a computer in any other lab as long as there is
not a class in the lab. The lab assistants in F110
can help you
locate an available computer.
How do I report a computer problem?
There are forms in each computer lab for reporting computer
problems. Fill one out and place in the vertical file beside the
lab entrance.

problems?
