Blackboard FAQs
I was taking a test
on Blackboard and was disconnected from the Internet before I could
submit my test. Who may I call for help?
Contact your instructor immediately either by phone or
email. The test must be reset, and only your instructor can reset
it.
My instructor
requires the class to submit assignments through the digital drop
box. Who can show me step by step how to use it?
The Computer Support Lab staff in F110
can show you how to
use the digital drop box in person. Student lab
assistants are available by phone and in the lab to assist students
with using software.
I
don't see my course in Blackboard!
First, make sure you're registered for the
course or courses in questions; check with Admissions or the
SIS website to find out for sure.
If it's before the first day of class, your
courses won't be available in Blackboard yet; please wait
until the first day of class to access your course. If
you're trying to access a course that you've just registered
for, please allow up to two business days for the course to appear in
Blackboard.
Who may I contact for more help with Blackboard?
If you need further assistance with the Blackboard system, please
contact the student HelpDesk (see contact information on the
right side of this page.)
I see old courses in "My Courses" that
I've already completed. How do I make them go away?
Click the pencil icon in the upper-right corner of "My Courses" to
edit which courses appear in "My Courses". |
