EMPLID

Your EMPLID is a unique student ID number.

Find Your EMPLID

1. Go to: https://br.my.vccs.edu
2. Click on the "Lookup your username" feature in the login window.
3. Click on the "Lookup my Emplid" link.
4. You will be prompted to enter your first name, last name, date of birth (MMDDYY), and social security number.
5. Click the search button.

EMPLID Not Found

Your EMPLID should be created within 24 hours after your application for admission is processed.  If you don't find your EmplID number, try again in 24 hours. If it is still not listed, contact the Admissions and Records office to verify that your information on record is correct.

Multiple EMPLID

If you have attended several Virginia community colleges, you may have been assigned more than one number.  Please contact Admissions and Records for assistance.
