Support & Help
Institutional Computing Services (ICS) is responsible for supporting the
networks, employee accounts, hardware and software, as well as providing
faculty/staff support for SIS and Blackboard users. The ICS helpdesk
contact information is available in the table in the right-hand column.
Please use the helpdesk number if you have any problems with accounts,
hardware, or software.

After Hours Support
Faculty members needing help with equipment after 5:00 p.m. should see a
lab assistant in F110
. If network emergencies occur after hours, the
lab assistant will have a designated ICS contact number.
