Faculty/Staff Email
Microsoft Outlook
Faculty and staff can access their email on-campus by
clicking on Microsoft Outlook icon after logging on to their
administrative desktop.
Microsoft® Outlook Web Access
The Web Access version of Outlook allows faculty and staff
to access BRCC email via the Internet. A browser that supports 128
bit encryption (Internet Explorer (version 5.x or higher) is
required.
Go to:
https://bramail.brcc.edu/exchange/ (a link is also
available from the pull-down menu on the BRCC entrance page) and login using your BRCC
administrative network password:

Spam Filter
The new spam filter marks spam email messages by adding
“$$$SPAM$$$” to the subject line of the message. Outlook will
automatically move those messages to the Junk E-mail folder if
you create the proper rule. Following are several
options for creating the rule; you'll only need to complete one
option.
Script
From campus, run a script that will automatically
install the spam rule.
- Go to My Computer
- Double-click on L: drive
- Double-click to open each of the following folders on
the L: drive: Networking Utilities>Outlook Rules>OL Junk
Filter Installer
- Double-click the setup.exe file and choose the run
option.
- From the installer, use the default settings and click
next on each successive screen until installation is
complete.
- Click Close.

Outlook and following the instructions linked below:
