Tuition Payment Deadlines

Important: Student bills will not be mailed. However, we will remind you of upcoming deadlines via phone and your VCCS Email account. Please make sure your contact phone information in SIS (Student Information System) is up to date.

Registration is not complete until tuition is paid. If tuition is not received by the appropriate deadline shown below, your classes will be deleted and you will need to repeat the registration process.

Students who have completed and submitted their FASFA on-line and are awaiting initial Financial Aid approval are not protected from the enrollment cancellation process. These students will need to pay by the deadline established or enroll in a tuition payment plan.

Summer 2009 Tuition Payment Deadlines

March 23 - April 10 Wednesday, April 29 by 5:00 p.m.
April 11 - May 1 Wednesday, May 13 by 5:00 p.m.
May 2 - May 23 Payment is required at the time of registration or when a class is added during this period.

Fall 2009 Payment Deadlines

April 13 - July 1 Wednesday, July 15 by 5 p.m.
July 2 - July 29 Wednesday, August 12 by 5 p.m.
July 30 - August 23 Payment due at time of registration
