Art
Students who wish to pursue an education in the area of art may
choose from three options. The options include:
Students may be eligible to receive credit for some courses in
these curricula through the College’s advanced standing process.
Examples include credit by examination or by articulation agreement.
Award: Certificate The Fine Arts Certificate
provides students with an art foundation course of study that could be
used to transfer into a baccalaureate degree program in art or to
develop the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary for a career in
art. It allows students that have completed the Art: Introduction to
Studio Art Career Studies Certificate to continue their academic studies
in art. Students who wish to earn the Associate of Arts and Sciences
Degree in College/University Transfer may apply most coursework from

Award: Career Studies Certificate
