Honors Seminar
An in-depth project providing additional, extensive study or research of a
selected topic coordinated by the respective instructor and the coordinator of
the Honors Program. Lecture 1 hour per week.

Studies thought, values and arts of Western culture, integrating major
developments in art, architecture, literature, music, and philosophy. Covers the
following periods: ancient and classical, early Christian and Byzantine,
Medieval, and Early Renaissance. Lecture 3 hours per week.

following periods: Renaissance, Baroque, Enlightenment, Romantic, and Modern.

Survey of Twentieth-Century Culture
Explores literature, visual arts, philosophy, music, and history of our time
from an interdisciplinary perspective. Lecture 3 hours per week. |
