VOIP Network Access

We can call most VCCS toll free using the VCCS Voice-over-IP (VoIP) phone system. Many VCCS colleges also allow us to use their outgoing public telephone lines to place toll free calls as well.

To use this service, dial 8, the area code, and the number (ex 8 540 555 1234).

Enter an area code and exchange below to see how it is supported through the VCCS VOIP system. For example, if you are interested in calling (540) 555-1212 enter 540 as the area code and 555 as the exchange.

703 Area Code Note:  NVCC lists all exchanges as working even though some may not. Therefore, this lookup tool may not be helpful for numbers in the 703 area code.
